An agent sends a Canopy Connect link to a prospect, reviews the verified policy data that comes back, and sends it to TurboRater with one click. That starts a prepopulated quote instead of typing the application into TurboRater from scratch.

How It Works

The integration is built to remove the gap between intake and quoting. An agent sends a Canopy Connect link to a prospect, who authenticates with their current carrier; Canopy Connect retrieves policy information, vehicle details (including VINs), driver information, and claims and driving records. The agent reviews that data in Canopy Connect, then sends it to TurboRater with one click, which initiates a new quote prepopulated with the verified data rather than a blank application.

Both companies have publicized the integration directly, on Canopy Connect’s own integration page and in a dedicated product announcement. That gives it a clearer documentation trail than many third-party rater connections.

Data Shared

Setup Overview

Like Canopy Connect's other pre-built integrations, this requires an integration-eligible Canopy Connect plan (Elevate and above). The integration itself is a one-click send from the Canopy Connect dashboard into a new TurboRater quote.

Requirements

• An active TurboRater account
• A Canopy Connect account on an integration-eligible plan (Elevate and above)

Limitations

• Prepopulates a new quote rather than updating an existing one automatically
• Not available on Canopy Connect's entry-level Scratch plan
